Well, yet another Terms of Use page. If you don't read it, then peril may be on your head! Well, not actually, but you'll get into trouble. Depending on how much you break these rules, it could be a lot of trouble. So, to save you from getting into lots of trouble, there are two main rules which apply to all my graphics, and one specific rule just for the wallpapers that you should remember.

1) If you use my avatars, banners, or splashes on your site, then please have a visible link back to Cherry House somewhere on your site. You can use the address 'http://cherryhouse.ashst.com' and/or any button found on the 'Link In' page.

2) Please do not claim any of my graphics (including layouts) as your own work! This is non-negotiable. I have found people in the past uploading my wallpapers to Minitokyo and other websites and claiming the credit for them-- this is extremely disrespectful, not to mention sly. Those who do this are thieves of intellectual property, and will be dealt with as such.

3) (Wallpapers only): My wallpapers are made for your computer's desktop only. Please do not use my wallpapers to make layouts, avatars, banners, splashes, buttons, or any other kind of free graphics for your site. If you really like my wallpapers, and you really want to use them in your free graphics, then please email me to ask permission.

Those rules aren't too hard to follow, are they? Please respect the time and effort I put into my graphics, and abide by them.
