Li Yelan is a very minor character in the series Cardcaptor Sakura. She only appears once (in the first movie) and she is not seen again for the rest of the series. She is mentioned, however, when she telephones Syaoran near the end of the second story arc. She is Syaoran's mother, and also the mother to Syaoran's four older sisters: Fuutie, Feimei, Fanren, and Shiefa. She possesses Clow Reed's magic, as she is related to Clow Reed by blood. Clow Reed's mother was Chinese (probably the great-grandmother of Yelan), and this is where the Li Clan's magic comes from. She is rather strict with her children, especially Syaoran (probably because he is a boy, and possesses more magic than his siblings). Her husband is dead (or else not mentioned/ shown) and the entire Li Clan lives in Hong Kong, China (except Syaoran). She is quite nice once you get to know her. Her voice actor is Inoue Kikuko.
