Kinomoto Fujitaka is one of the lesser, but still important characters in Cardcaptor Sakura. He was born on January 3rd, and is about 38-42 years old with light brown hair that makes him look younger than he really is. He is an archaeology professor at the local university in Tomoeda, and he really loves his work. He has a gentle, kind disposition, and is very good at the domestic skills, like cooking and sewing. He has a very nice sense of humor. He still loves Nadeshiko, his wife, very much, even though she passed away when Sakura was only three. He knows Touya has a sixth sense and senses Nadeshiko on occasion, but he has always regretted not being able to do the same. He's always very busy because of his job, but he always makes time for Sakura and Touya's school and sport events, like Touya's school play and Sakura's field day. He holds no grudges against anyone, and he is always the peacemaker in any situation. He is very understanding, and doesn't have a bad temper. He is very athletic, and this is where Touya and Sakura got their sports genes from. In the anime, he got along very well with Syaoran, even though Syaoran wasn't exactly Sakura's friend at the time. In short, he is the perfect father to both Touya and Sakura, a caring friend to everybody, and was a loving husband to Nadeshiko. His voice actor is Hideyuki Tanaka.
