Key Events
- Rika is swapping stories with Chiharu about their favorite teachers, and she mentions that she likes Terada-sensei, the gym teacher. (Book 1, Arc 1)

- Sakura and Tomoyo ask Rika for help in choosing a Christmas gift for an older person because they know she's going out with an older guy. (Book 2, Arc 1)

- In the fight with Rika over the Sword card, Sakura makes the illusion card project a picture of the one Rika loves most in order to distract Rika from killing them with the sword. It works, and Rika says "Sensei..?" before the spell is broken. (Book 2, Arc 1)

- After Sakura is finished talking to Rika in the library, Terada-sensei comes in, and hands Rika a ring. He says it's an engagement ring, and for her to hold onto it until he can give her a wedding ring. They are both blushing ferociously ^_^. (Side-note: the legal marriage age in Japan is 16. In this part of the series, Rika would be about 10 or 11) (Book 2, Arc 1)

- While everyone is getting ready backstage for the play 'Sleeping Beauty', Rika is sitting off to the side, watching everyone. Someone has just said "You look great!!" to Sakura, and Terada-sensei comes up to Rika and says in her ear, "You look nice too." Both of them blush. (Book 5, Arc 1)

- Rika makes and gives Terada-sensei a teddy bear, which, in Japan, you traditionally give to the one you love. He names it 'Rika', after her. (Book 1, Arc 2)

- Sakura asks Rika some questions about the person she loves, and Rika confesses that she loves him, but that his work sometimes gets in the way of seeing him. Sakura dashes off, and the two meet. (Book 6, Arc 2)

- Rika and Terada-sensei frequently catch each other's eye during class. Rika always smiles, and Terada-sensei always blushes ^_^. (Throughout the books)
